Benjamin Pomerantz advises high net worth individuals and their families on estate planning and estate administration. His practice is concentrated on implementing strategies to effectively transfer wealth between generations. He has extensive experience drafting revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts. Benjamin also assists clients with pre and post nuptial agreements, buy-sell agreements for closely held businesses, and asset protection structures, including offshore strategies.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Benjamin worked in a boutique firm assisting families and family offices with their estate planning. Benjamin has previously served as an at large board member for Planned Giving Council of Broward and clerked for the honorable Judge Jeffrey Levenson in Florida's 17th judicial circuit.
