Benjamin also assists clients with pre and post nuptial agreements, buy-sell agreements for closely held businesses, and asset protection structures, including offshore strategies.

Prior to joining Day Pitney, Benjamin worked in a boutique firm assisting families and family offices with their estate planning. Benjamin has previously served as an at large board member for Planned Giving Council of Broward and clerked for the honorable Judge Jeffrey Levenson in Florida's 17th judicial circuit.
