Ashley Picker Dubin Speaks at ABA Annual Conference on AI in Litigation

Ashley Picker Dubin, Of Counsel in the firm's Hartford office, participated as a panelist at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2025 Litigation Section Annual Conference on May 2, 2025.
 
Ashley spoke during the CLE breakout session titled "Using Artificial Intelligence in Discovery & Motion Practice."
 
The session brought together legal practitioners and experts to examine the expanding role of artificial intelligence in litigation. Topics included the use of AI in legal research, drafting, and discovery, as well as the ethical challenges and professional considerations tied to emerging technology. Ashley offered insights grounded in her litigation experience and her practical approach to integrating technology into legal workflows.
 
The panel was moderated by Joseph V. Schaeffer of Babst Calland and included fellow panelists Meghan A. Podolny of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and Jennifer Stringfield of LexisNexis.
