
Overview
Armand (A.J.) Santaniello is an associate in Day Pitney’s Private Equity and Finance Practice Group. A.J. advises emerging and established private companies across industries such as life sciences, financial services, software, manufacturing, aviation, and food and beverage on all aspects of corporate law, including entity formation, equity financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
In the community, A.J. serves on the Massachusetts Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, A.J. was a corporate associate in the Boston office of a national law firm.
Before law school, A.J. worked for the United States Department of Homeland Security.
