Overview

Andrew Fusco has over a decade of experience representing  high net worth individuals and families in complex tax and estate planning matters. His practice is particularly focused on assisting foreign, domestic and cross-border families in a variety of planning matters, including complex tax and estate planning, cross-border transfers, pre-immigration planning and tailoring inbound investments in the United States.

Andrew has significant experience implementing, as well as restructuring, clients' cross-border structures, working in conjunction with clients' international advisors to assure holistic planning and providing advice to individuals with various international footprints. He has represented clients in estate planning, tax compliance and tax controversy matters. He is also experienced in the administration of trusts and estates, both foreign and domestic.
