Overview
Alyssa Nelson assists high net worth individuals and families with trust and estate matters. She drafts comprehensive estate plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals, ensuring their intentions are fully realized through thoughtful planning. She also works on matters involving special needs planning, estate administration, and trust administration.
While at Boston College Law School, Alyssa participated in the International Human Rights Practicum. She wrote a brief on how environmental changes and policies have a deep and everlasting effect on human rights around the world. Alyssa testified before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights with this brief in Brazil in May 2024.
Prior to law school, Alyssa served as a United States Teaching Assistant in Austria through Fulbright Austria and the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science, and Research (BMBWF).
