On June 25, Day Pitney hosted “Aging with Dignity: The Experiences of LGBT Older Adults” as part of its Pride Month programming. Moderated by Ben Haglund, the discussion featured Brandon Stinchfield, Senior Director of Institutional Partnerships at SAGE, and Nicole Encarnacion, a SAGE participant. Drawing on both policy expertise and personal experience, the speakers examined the realities facing many LGBT older adults today.

Their conversation addressed topics ranging from health care and housing to caregiving, financial security, and social connection, while emphasizing the importance of fostering inclusive communities that support individuals throughout the aging process.
