On November 18, Day Pitney Counsels Ashley Picker Dubin and Laura Land Himelstein were featured speakers at the "AGENTIC: AI Legal & Ethical Frameworks to Make It Real" , hosted by the Westchester-Fairfield County Association of Corporate Counsel. Attendees learned the fundamentals of Agentic AI and how it differs from generative AI and machine learning, including the concept of shadow AI, along with the associated regulatory, cybersecurity, and ethical risks, and practical strategies for mitigating those risks through governance, vendor management, and tailored contract terms.
