Odette Martins to Moderate Trademark/Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Panel at Boston Bar Association's (BBA) Annual IP Year in Review

Odette Martins, a member of the Boston Bar Association (BBA) Intellectual Property Law Section Steering Committee, will moderate the Trademark/NIL panel at the BBA’s Annual IP Year in Review event on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 3:40 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The panel will focus on key developments in trademark law and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rights.
