Day Pitney Taps Attys For Employment, PE Leader Roles

Law360 recently featured the appointments of Rachel A. Gonzalez and David M. Waizer as business unit leaders at Day Pitney.

Rachel has been named Chair of the Employment and Labor Business Unit, following Heather Weine Brochin. She shared her enthusiasm for the new role, stating she looks forward to leading the firm’s “amazingly talented group of employment and labor attorneys.”

David has been appointed head of the Private Equity and Finance Business Unit, following Namita Tripathi Shah. Reflecting on his new position, he remarked, “It’s an honor to lead Day Pitney’s Private Equity and Finance Business Unit and build on the incredible foundation established by Namita.”

Managing Partner Greg Hayes expressed confidence in both appointments, stating, “We are pleased to welcome Rachel and David into their new roles and are confident they will continue to advance the firm’s strategic vision while building upon the strong foundations established by their predecessors.”
