Comments on New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency's Proposed Qualified Allocation Plan
On June 29, New Jersey Builders Association's Affordable Housing Tax Credit Council submitted comments in response to the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency's proposed Qualified Allocation Plan which details the selection criteria and application requirements for both 9% and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Real Estate and Environmental practice co-chair Katharine Coffey and associate Larry Zhao prepared the comments on behalf of the Council.
