Partner Mark Salah Morgan and Associate Wael Amer co-authored an op-ed article, "Why the Hybrid Model Is Optimal," for the New Jersey Law Journal. The piece discusses how working exclusively from homes breaks the connectivity of working with colleagues to find creative solutions to complex client issues and promotes individual purpose rather than common purpose in the practice of law.
Morgan opens the article, "The practice of law is a collaborative, high skill, high value profession that does not support working from home on an exclusive basis. While nearly everyone has become accustomed to the remote environment and gained valuable technological skills in the process, culture and collaboration have suffered. Working exclusively from home converts common purpose to individual purpose and breaks the connectivity teams enjoy in working to find creative solutions to complex client problems."
