Anthony "Tony" Wildasin counsels NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies on compliance with public reporting obligations with respect to periodic and current financial reports, proxy statements, shareholder activism, Section 16 reports, insider trading, delisting and deregistration of securities (e.g., going dark), and executive compensation. In addition to reporting obligations, he advises publicly-held companies on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, including debt financing, and corporate governance matters, such as fiduciary duties and liabilities of directors and officers. Tony also counsels privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions, formation, corporate reorganizations, financial investments and general corporate issues.
Anthony served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Sierra Thomas Street of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. He was also a summer associate at Day Pitney in 2017.
