Anthony "Tony" Wildasin counsels NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies on compliance with public reporting obligations with respect to periodic and current financial reports, proxy statements, shareholder activism, Section 16 reports, insider trading, delisting and deregistration of securities (i.e., "going dark"), mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and executive compensation, among other reporting obligations. He also advises publicly-held companies on private placements and corporate governance matters regarding, among other things, fiduciary duties and liabilities of directors and officers. In addition, Tony counsels privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions, formation, corporate reorganizations and general corporate issues.
Tony served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Sierra Thomas Street of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. He was also a summer associate at Day Pitney in 2017.
