Anthony "Tony" Wildasin counsels NYSE- and Nasdaq-listed companies, in addition to officers, directors and certain shareholders of such companies, on compliance with public reporting obligations with respect to periodic and current reports, proxy statements, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, delisting and deregistration of securities (i.e., "going dark"), Section 16 reports and beneficial ownership reporting. He further advises such companies on shareholder activism, private placements and corporate governance matters regarding insider trading and fiduciary duties and liabilities of officers and directors. Tony also counsels privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions, formation, reorganizations and general corporate issues. His practice encompasses the pharmaceutical, chemical, technology, manufacturing, energy, banking, retail and hospitality industries.
Tony served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Sierra Thomas Street of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. He was also a summer associate at Day Pitney in 2017.
