
Eric Rosenstock advises domestic and international high net worth individuals and families on complex trust and estate matters, including estate and gift tax planning, business structuring and succession planning, will and trust preparation, and charitable giving. Eric assists clients with international tax planning, including tax-sensitive wills, revocable trusts, qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), irrevocable insurance trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs), grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), charitable trusts, and family limited partnerships. On behalf of clients, Eric has implemented irrevocable trust modifications, including decantings, trust mergers, and non-judicial settlements.
Eric also advises fiduciaries managing estate administration, including post-mortem planning, probate proceedings and estate tax audits. He works closely with clients in all aspects of planning, developing sophisticated estate planning strategies to help them achieve their goals in the simplest and most tax-efficient manner possible.
Eric currently serves on the board of the Urban Outreach Center of NYC. He has served on the board of the National Youth Orchestra of China and is a past member of the Immigration and Nationalization Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
Eric is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in Portuguese.
