Andraya Pulaski represents mortgage companies, loan servicers and other financial institutions in the defense of claims by borrowers. She routinely handles claims of unfair trade practices, breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, fraud and misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and violation of the Connecticut Product Liability Act. Andraya also represents mortgage companies, loan servicers and other financial institutions in the defense of claims by borrowers.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, she was a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Beach, Jr. at the Connecticut Appellate Court. While in law school, she was a law clerk at the Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, Environmental Enforcement Section, in Washington, D.C., and a judicial intern with the Honorable Linda Pearce Prestley with the Family Court of the Connecticut Superior Court. Andraya was a summer apprentice with Day Pitney in 2012.
