
Moriah Preston counsels high net worth individuals on all aspects of trust and estate planning. She has experience assisting individuals and businesses on tax compliance matters and preparing individual, fiduciary and gift tax returns.
In addition, Moriah assists individuals in probate and family law matters, including complex divorce cases, disputes over custody, visitation, parenting time, issues of child support and alimony, the equitable division of the marital estate, and requests for modification of divorce agreements and contempt actions.
Moriah was a summer associate with Day Pitney in 2019. She was previously a judicial intern with the Honorable Mary Thomas Sullivan of the Massachusetts Appeal Court.
