Mary Lou Parker practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, and estate and trust litigation. Since 1976, Mary Lou has devoted her practice at the firm to complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, and all aspects of minimizing taxes in preserving wealth for successive generations. A significant portion of her practice involves working with both spouses in the estate-planning stage, and thereafter working with the surviving spouse and children during the administration phase of an estate or trust.
