Casey O'Connor assists clients with corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities and corporate governance. Casey advises clients in connection with the negotiation and preparation of merger agreements, stock purchase and asset purchase agreements, partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements and joint ventures.
Casey interned with the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. He also does extensive pro bono work in both corporate and non-corporate settings, including work with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Appellate Division, and the Impact Litigation Clinic with the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice.
