Overview

Jeffrey "Jeff" Koegel counsels clients on intellectual property matters with an emphasis on trademark protection. Jeff assists clients in acquiring and protecting their trademark rights, both domestically and internationally. He guides trademark owners through the entire lifecycle of their marks. Jeff advises client's on acquiring trademark rights and performs trademark clearance searches and due diligence. Jeff also prepares, files, prosecutes, maintains and renews trademark applications and registrations. On behalf of clients, he often responds to office actions before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Moreover, Jeff enforces trademark rights through proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in federal court. He also drafts agreements related to intellectual property rights and advises clients on copyright protection.
