Christopher Hoolehan is fully committed to assisting clients secure, monetize, and enforce their valuable intellectual property rights. He counsels clients on a wide range of trademark and copyright matters, including domestic and international prosecution, clearance, licensing, policing, enforcement, administrative proceedings, and litigation strategies.

In addition to having a firm grasp on traditional approaches to copyright and trademark registration and enforcement, Christopher is particularly focused on creative solutions to solve complex IP issues that stem from new online technologies, including domain name disputes, infringing websites, e-commerce platforms, social media accounts, email scams, NFTs, cryptocurrencies and other digital assets.
