Candace Hensley advises and represents insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in insurance and reinsurance disputes. She also represents clients in other complex litigation and business matters, including contract and business tort disputes. Candace has experience with trial and appellate litigation in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Candace practiced in Salt Lake City, Utah. During law school, she served as a Rule 3:03 Certified Student Practitioner with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Enterprise and Major Crimes Division and with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office in the Lowell District Court.
