
Sarah Gelfand assists high net worth clients with trust and estate planning and administration. She counsels clients in the areas of gift and succession planning, will and trust preparation, advance directives and powers of attorney. Sarah also advises clients on estate tax returns, probate accountings and inventories, and probate litigation.
Sarah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Peter J. Messitte of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Sarah is currently a co-chair of the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance’s Reproductive Justice working group.
