Terence "Terry" Ford assists developers, real estate investment companies, banks, financial institutions, and other closely held corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in commercial real estate matters. He supports clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of diverse classes of real property. Terry helps with complex financing transactions, including commercial real estate and asset financing, guaranteed facilities, revolving credit facilities and loan modifications. He also has worked with clients on affordable housing litigation and development.
Terry served as an intern for the Honorable John Michael Vazquez at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he prepared draft opinions on matters ranging from Regulation X under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act to insurance benefits under ERISA.
