Rosana Fernandez represents businesses and corporations in complex commercial litigation matters. She also defends clients in tort and product liability disputes.
Rosana previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert A. Mark at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, where she conducted research and assisted on complex matters in Chapter 11, 13, and 15 bankruptcy cases.
During law school, Rosana served as the Senior Notes & Comments Editor for the University of Miami Law Review. She was also awarded the Marco A. Vazquez Memorial Scholarship for ranking among the Top Students in the Litigation Skills Program at the University of Miami School of Law.
