Michael Dunne practices general corporate law, with a focus on information technology and intellectual property. He represents clients in the computer technology, manufacturing, health care, and financial services industries. He counsels them on general corporate and regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and information technology, including privacy and security issues.
