Jaclyn D'Esposito counsels public companies on corporate, transactional and securities law matters. She primarily practices in the areas of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and compliance with public company reporting obligations under federal securities laws.
Jaclyn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Contillo, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. There, she gained experience in business and probate litigation.
During her last semester of law school, Jaclyn worked in Washington, D.C., as a law clerk for United States Senator Orrin G. Hatch. She assisted Senator Hatch’s Senate Judiciary Committee staff and contributed to the passage of the Defend Trade Secrets Act. Jaclyn also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Renée Marie Bumb, U.S.D.J. in the District Court of New Jersey. She was a summer apprentice at Day Pitney in 2015.
