
Amanda Curley advises property owners, developers and institutional investors on all aspects of land use and real estate redevelopment. She advises them on complex land use, development, redevelopment and permitting matters for residential, commercial and industrial development projects.
Amanda assists clients in obtaining site plan, subdivision, variance and related approvals, and she regularly appears before municipal boards across New Jersey. She is knowledgeable about the state's affordable housing laws and assists developers in affordable housing matters. Amanda also handles cannabis site plan approvals. She serves as the attorney for the Hudson County Planning Board.
On the redevelopment side, Amanda negotiates redevelopment agreements with municipal agencies in New Jersey. She is well versed on the state's eminent domain law and has extensive experience working on condemnation projects throughout New Jersey.
Amanda served as a clerk to the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo in the Superior Court of New Jersey during her temporary assignment to the Appellate Division.
