
Patrick Conlon represents real estate developers, sellers, purchasers and borrowers in real estate and land use matters. His representation includes assisting clients with the purchase and sale of properties, office and industrial/warehouse leasing matters, and construction and permanent financing. Patrick prepares complex real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale, joint venture, loan and lease agreements, as well as other transaction documents across all asset classes.
Patrick has served as a zoning and land use counsel to many of the largest development projects in Jersey City and Hudson County. He has presented dozens of development and subdivision projects before a number of local planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment, historic preservation commissions, and local community groups. Patrick has guided these clients through the process of applying for the necessary government approvals required to keep development projects moving.
