
Shannon Cohall assists clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She represents manufacturers, wholesalers, pharmacies, physician dispensers, and other healthcare and life sciences entities on federal and state compliance matters. Shannon advises clients on transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, supply, distribution and other commercial agreements, and restructurings.
Shannon was a Summer Associate at the firm in 2021. During law school, she served as an Eagleton Law Fellow at the New Jersey Senate, where she advised elected officials on state health and public safety regulations. She also served as an intern for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where she assisted with lease contract review and research on other legal issues. Prior to law school, Shannon worked in public health research, conducting health impact assessments for the city of St. Louis.
