Deanna Christian assists clients with corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities and corporate governance. She has experience in advising clients in structuring, forming and operating private investment funds.
Deanna is dedicated to pro bono service with a particular interest in special education matters, primarily for children with special needs. She received a post-graduate fellowship with the Rutgers Law School-Newark's Education and Health Law Clinic, the focus being on representation, community education and policy advocacy for families of children with disabilities who attended charter schools.
Prior to joining Day Pitney, Deanna served as a Law Clerk to the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.
