Kaitlin Canty focuses her practice primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on product liability, torts and medical malpractice. She has successfully defended actions involving a broad range of claims, including negligence, medical negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty and negligent supervision. Kaitlin has represented clients, including major medical device manufacturers, motor vehicle manufacturers, hospitals and physicians in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining the firm, Kaitlin served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Beach of the Connecticut Appellate Court and was a summer associate with the firm.
