Darian Butcher assists business clients in complex commercial disputes. She represents them in litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration. Her experience includes disputes involving insurance and reinsurance matters.
Darian also represents trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, guardians and conservators in disputes involving trusts, wills, estates, guardianships and conservatorships. Clients seek her experience in handling breach of fiduciary duty claims, actions involving reformation and termination of trusts, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
Darian has co-authored several articles concerning changes to Massachusetts law and given presentations on legal ethics issues.
Darian clerked for the Honorable R. Malcolm Graham (Ret.) of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
