Megan Bedell represents commercial real estate developers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing of commercial real estate. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements; retail, industrial and office leases and loan documents; reviewing title and surveys; and drafting cross access easements.
Megan has also represented a governmental entity in acquisitions of property for use in roadway development and its headquarters building. She has represented private developers in the acquisition of multifamily properties, vacant land intended for mixed use developments and existing structures intended for redevelopment.
Prior to entering private practice, Megan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Clarkson S. Fischer, Jr., P.J.A.D. of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
