The article is about how a New Jersey judge gave the go ahead to a citizen's criminal suit alleging Gov. Chris Christie failed to stop the now-infamous traffic jam on the George Washington Bridge. Kearney said that in his experience, judges can opt not to move forward on hearsay and tell attorneys to come back with stronger evidence. "That's one thing this judge could have done. And other judges looking at this probably would have said that," he said.
