Day Pitney Litigation Partner Mark A. Romance has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committee of the 202409, one of the largest sections of the ABA. In his role, Romance will work with the committee to increase membership, deliver meaningful benefits to members, and implement the goals and strategies of the Section's strategic plan.
