They succeed Stamford-based Partner Michael P. Byrne—former head of the real estate and environmental practice who will now serve on the firm's Executive Committee—and will lead some 40 attorneys and paralegals.
The article highlights the recent management changes at the firm, with Trusts and Estates Partner Gregory Hayes being named Managing Partner and Hartford Partner Namita Tripathi Shah joining partners Tasha K. Dickinson (West Palm Beach), Amy R. Lonergan (Boston), Manuel A. Garcia-Linares (Miami) and Mark Salah Morgan (New York/New Jersey) on the Executive Board.

The Day Pitney Real Estate, Environmental, and Land Use Team, led by practice co-chair Katharine Coffey, represented the developers Russo Development, Onyx Equities LLC, and Dinallo Development LLC/Terminal Construction in connection with multiple transactions facilitating the development of Hackensack Meridian Health's $200 million, first-of-its-kind health care facility at Metropark, a mass transit hub in Woodbridge, NJ.
On March 13, Day Pitney Boca Raton-based attorneys Jay D. Mussman and Brian E. Thompson received special commendations from the 15th Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee, The Florida Supreme Court and the Florida Pro Bono Coordinators Association for their pro bono work in 2023.
