Day Pitney New Jersey Partners Katharine Coffey and Craig Gianetti's appointment to co-chair of the Real Estate and Environmental practice was featured in Law360 article, "Day Pitney Names Real Estate, Environmental Co-Chairs in NJ."
When asked about their new roles, Coffey commented, "We're really excited to take on the role and take on the leadership of such a strong group, which continues to grow and do really high- quality, interesting real estate, land use and environmental work throughout the East Coast."
When asked about the current state of the real estate industry, Gianetti provided his perspective on the how rising interest rates have impacted their practice stating, "Rising interest rates have definitely had an impact in [that] either clients have maybe hit pause to look closer at deals, maybe renegotiated deals – but I would say the deal flow hasn't necessarily slowed."
