On March 22, the Day Pitney Attorneys of Color (DPAC) hosted an in-person retreat in the firm's New Jersey office with the theme of "Reconnecting and Refocusing After COVID." The retreat included panel discussions with topics on the history and future of DPAC, how attorneys at all levels can leverage business development and marketing skills to build a personal brand, the various paths to achieving success as an attorney and future opportunities for professional growth at Day Pitney. Director of Marketing Shana Gillis and Director of Business Development Jennifer Croessmann joined the panel discussion on building a personal brand. The retreat concluded with a dinner with the firm's Executive Committee and additional New Jersey partners, and was a resounding success.
DPAC provides a forum for firm diverse attorneys to exchange ideas and share their experiences, as well as provide support for diverse attorneys' attainment of professional and business development goals through mentorship and firm engagement.
