She also discusses the importance of building a team with diverse experiences and provides appellate advocacy tips.
When asked about her time on the bench Rogers stated, "Always different, and a great learning opportunity. You have to be flexible. I learned as much as I could as fast as I could. Juvenile Court was the best assignment I ever got – truly life or death decisions for kids."

Clients benefit from her 20 years of experience presiding over bench and jury trials, and hearing, mediating and ruling on complex commercial disputes.
The podcast chronicles the storied careers of women judges and lawyers.
