Day Pitney LLP announced today the launch of its inaugural 2L Diversity Fellowship Program. As part of the firm's commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the legal profession, the new program is intended to expand and promote the recruitment, development and retention of attorneys from historically underrepresented backgrounds. "Our firm understands that the foundation for our success is built upon increasing diverse representation, promoting equity and fostering an inclusive environment. We intend for this program to provide enhanced opportunities for diverse talented law students and advance our progress towards that goal."
