Day Pitney Represents TriStruX LLC in Sale to Huron Capital

Day Pitney LLP represented TriStruX LLC in its successful sale to Huron Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. TriStruX LLC, which based is a Clifton, New Jersey, is a leading national provider of telecom infrastructure services to wireless carriers, cable companies, and OEMs. The Day Pitney team was led by Scott Beach, chair of the Corporate and Business Department, and included Brian Fischer (Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures), Paty Durelli (Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures), Matt Carey (Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures), and Alexis Coudert (Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures). In October 2023, Day Pitney represented a state pension system client in connection with a $200 million investment in a $20 billion private equity fund, and its accompanying co-investment vehicle, focused on acquiring, operating and disposing of financing, software, data and technology-enabled businesses.
