Huntington discusses how COVID-19 protocols, vaccines and mandates impacted employers, the benefits and challenges surrounding working remotely and how the legal industry has changed.
When asked about what trends Huntington reflected that COVID fueled significant liability concerns, "We did a lot of counseling on essential workers – transportation, energy, health care, [companies] had to get their workers in. So the [employers were] balancing the requirements of the executive orders and the safety of their workers versus the need to get their workers in."
