When asked what the biggest lesson she learned as a litigator in 2020, she responded, "Like a lot of people I learned it is possible to seamlessly carry on a lot of the functions remotely that were historically done in person such as mooting of attorneys for appellate argument and conducting mediations. Likewise, because the courts had no option but to continue some of their operations through remote conferences and hearings we found that efficiencies could be achieved in many aspects of the legal process without sacrificing the quality of justice."
