Katharine Coffey Honored as One of NJBiz Forty Under 40
Katharine "Kate" Coffey has been selected as a Forty Under 40 honoree by NJBIZ. The program recognizes New Jersey business leaders, under the age of 40, who share a commitment to business growth, professional excellence and their community.
Honorees will participate in a virtual awards ceremony on Wednesday, October 28, 2020. The virtual ceremony will bring together the Forty Under 40 honorees, their families, employers and friends, regardless of location.

She also has significant experience in state and local incentive programs, including those administered by the NJEDA, long-term and short-term tax exemptions, redevelopment area bonding and environmental opportunity zone tax exemptions.
Coffey also focuses on condominium sponsorship and conversion and serves as outside general counsel to commercial and residential condominium-associations.
