Dan FitzMaurice co-authored a roundtable symposium article, "Establishing and Maintaining an Arbitration Practice," published in the 3rd Quarter 2019 issue of ARIAS•U.S. Quarterly. The article reflects an account of a roundtable discussion among four ARIAS•U.S. certified arbitrators during which FitzMaurice acted as one of two moderators. The discussion highlights career advice for arbitral practitioners.
The AIDA (Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances) Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society, ARIAS•U.S., is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to improving the insurance and reinsurance arbitration process for the international and domestic markets.
