Alan G. Greer is quoted in an article, "Florida Appeals Court OK's Transfer of Janet Reno's Home to Miami Dade College," published by WealthManagement.com. As noted in the article, a Florida appellate court recently affirmed a trial court judgment in favor of Day Pitney client James Alan Hurchalla, in his role as successor trustee of the Janet Reno Revocable Trust.
