David A. Swerdloff was honored by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter (formerly WESFACCA) at its annual meeting with an award for his many years of service to WESFACCA. He has served as the long-time co-chair of the business law programming committee and as a frequent speaker. The award credits Swerdloff as "a lawyer who exemplifies dignity, kindness and acumen." The Westchester/Southern Connecticut Chapter has over 700 members from legal departments at public and private companies located in Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield and New Haven Counties, Connecticut.
