Day Pitney LLP is pleased to announce the completion of its merger with South Florida-based law firm Richman Greer P.A. The combined firm retains Richman Greer's existing offices in Miami and West Palm Beach as well as all personnel, including fifteen attorneys. The merger is Day Pitney's second expansion in Florida in three years.

With the completion of the merger, Day Pitney now has over 300 attorneys and operates in 13 offices from Boston to Florida, including its preexisting Boca Raton and Delray Beach office locations. The firm services clients in the U.S. and internationally through its core departments: Corporate and Business Law, Litigation and Trusts and Estates.
