Marie Caroline Bertrand Elected as President, and Rosendo Garza, Jr. Elected as Treasurer, of Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association
The Connecticut Hispanic Bar Association (CHBA) announced the election of partner Marie C. Bertrand as President and associate Rosendo Garza, Jr. as Treasurer for the 2018 – 2019 term. The CHBA works to enhance the visibility of Latino/a lawyers in Connecticut through mentoring, promoting diversity within law firms and facilitating communication and sharing resources among its members.

Bertrand, who assists clients with the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial real estate, previously served as President-Elect of the CHBA for the 2017 – 2018 term.
Garza, who represents clients in complex commercial litigation and other disputes, previously served as Secretary of the CHBA for the 2017 – 2018 term.
