Stamford, Conn., March 18, 2016 – Day Pitney's partners recently conducted elections for its three-member Executive Committee and the four other partners who, with the Executive Committee, serve on the Executive Board. The Executive Committee, under the direction of the Managing Partner, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm; the Executive Board provides guidance to the Executive Committee and serves as a liaison to the firm's partners.
The partners re-elected Stanley A. Twardy Jr., a leading corporate litigator, as Managing Partner. They also re-elected to the Executive Committee Daniel FitzMaurice and Thomas Goldberg, both of whom handle complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, and appeals.
Day Pitney also elected four new members to its Executive Board. They are: Colleen Donovan, real estate, environmental, and financial services; David Doyle, employee benefits and executive compensation; Dina Kapur Sanna, international tax, wealth management, and estate planning; and Barbara Freedman Wand, estate planning and philanthropic advice.
