New York, NY, April 27, 2015?-- Day Pitney LLP represented Urnex Brands, LLC, a manufacturer of a comprehensive portfolio of coffee machine cleaning products for commercial and household use, in its acquisition by the Cortec Group, a New York private equity firm. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The firm has represented family-owned business Urnex for more than ten years, primarily in the areas of corporate, employment and intellectual property law. Day Pitney lawyers from several offices advised on all aspects of the transaction.
Corporate partner David Swerdloff led the team in completing the transaction on an expedited timeline with assistance from associates Julie Constantinides and Tekhara Kimber.
